YOUNG litter pickers are inviting villagers to suggest grotspots which they can help to tidy up.
Sam McKay, Luke Warburton and James Petty, all 16, have volunteered to help keep Holmes Chapel looking its best by doing regular litter picks.
They will be doing the litter collections every other week around the village for the next six months as part of working towards their Duke of Edinburgh awards.
Sam and James live in Holmes Chapel, and Luke lives in Goostrey. Luke and Sam are doing their silver D of E award, while James is working towards his gold award.
