TATTON Park, The Mere Golf Resort and Spa, Jodrell Bank and Quarry Bank are celebrating success at the Marketing Cheshire Annual Tourism Awards 2019.

The Mere won the Large Hotel of the Year Award, and Tatton Park’s Business Support Team won the Team of the Year Award.

Jodrell Bank won the Special Contribution to Tourism Award and was highly commended in the Ethical, Responsible and Sustainable Tourism Award, as was Quarry Bank at Styal in the award for Large Visitor Attraction of the Year.

The winners of the 15th Marketing Cheshire Annual Tourism Awards were announced on Thursday at a ceremony at The Mere in Knutsford hosted by TV presenter Lucy Nicholls.

The awards were attended by 300 guests, and recognised excellence and outstanding achievement by local businesses and individuals working in Cheshire’s visitor economy, now worth over £3.5 billion.
