TIM Farron has called for Boris Johnson to resign after the Prime Minister's prorogation of Parliament was ruled unlawful by the supreme court.
The Westmorland and Lonsdale MP said: “I think this is a moment to completely detach ourselves from whether we think Brexit is a good thing, bad thing or indifferent.
“This is actually about the integrity of our Prime Minister."
He added: “Prime Ministers have resigned for far, far less.
“The conclusion I reach now is, for the good of his office, for the good of the country and certainly for the good of democracy, he must resign.”
