Firefighters put out garden waste fire in Wilmslow
FIREFIGHTERS extinguished a large quantity of garden waste that was ablaze in Wilmslow.
One fire crew was called before 7.30pm on Friday to a report of a fire in the open in Moor Lane.
On arrival, they discovered the fire was not being overseen by anyone.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and were in attendance for around 40 minutes
