A SEWING group got out their needles and sold off some of their top pieces to raise funds for 23-year-old cancer fighter Chris Carberry.
Serendipity Sewing Club, in Billinge, raised £1,271.71 at Inglenook Farm after putting on a stall selling off goods they had made to help Chris, from Rainford, who is raising funds for alternative treatment for the disease.
