A HOUSEBUILDER has given a glimpse of three-storey properties from a new development in Prescot.

Situated on Manchester Road, Rosaline Gardens contains 150 homes including a range of luxurious two, three and four bedroom homes.

Barratt Homes has revealed the properties which are available for sale at the new Rosaline Gardens development.

And the developers have issued the image above to give a glimpse of the properties which have been built.

Rosaline Gardens is named after the Shakespearian character in the famous play Love’s Labour’s Lost, in a nod to Prescot's theatrical heritage.

Prescot has a rich Shakespearian heritage, with it being home to one of only a handful of standing theatres outside London in the 16th century, with a possibility the playwright may have visited the theatre on a trip with the Earl of Derby.

Also, a Shakespeare North Theatre for Prescot is under construction in the area.

Michaela Lancaster, Sales Director at Barratt Manchester said: “Our three story properties are extremely popular with new and growing families. The extra floor gives occupants the opportunity to live privately and independently, something which is attractive to modern day home hunters.

“With this in mind, Barratt Manchester has designed properties which can be used in a way that suits the home buyer. For those who are looking for more space to provide a fun or formal purpose, the properties are great at any stage of life.”

A selection of three storey homes are now available at Barratt Homes Manchester’s Rosaline Gardens, situated in Prescot.

Rosaline Gardens offers a range of three bedroom homes starting from £182,995 and three storey living from £188,995.
