Police investigating burglary in Dalton
POLICE are investigating a burglary at a property in Dalton-in-Furness.
The incident occurred in the Bowness Road area on August 1.
Police said the burglar was "disrupted in the property" by the occupants.
He was described as being around 5ft 8ins tall and of medium build. He was reported to be wearing a white t-shirt, jeans and sunglasses, and as speaking with a southern accent.
Anyone with any information, or who witnessed a male in the area who fits the description is asked to call police on 101, to call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, or to email 101@cumbria.police.uk, quoting log 163 of August 1.
