THE Co-op in Mobberley was robbed last night, Sunday, the second robbery at the Town Lane store within six months.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said last night's robbery was reported at 9.50pm, and cash was stolen in the raid.
Police conducted a search in the area for suspects, and detectives are investigating the robbery.

A man wearing a balaclava entered the store with a weapon at 8.40pm in March and made off with cash.
Last month three men, two armed with machetes, stole cash from the Co-op on Parkgate Lane, which is less than two miles from the Town Lane store, after threatening staff.
At about 10.20pm last month three men entered the Parkgate Lane store by the main entrance. Once inside the store they threatened members of staff, demanding they took them to the safe.
The three men, who were all wearing black clothing, black gloves and balaclavas, emptied the safe and stole a quantity of cash from the tills.
