MATTY Smith's Warrington Wolves debut is captured here in pictures.
The former England international played 80 minutes at scrum half against his hometown club St Helens just a few days after joining the club on loan from Catalans Dragons for the rest of the season.
“He was solid," said Wire head coach Steve Price.
"It was good to see him smile and getting back to enjoying his footy again and competing hard.
“He’ll get a lot of confidence out of that.”
Smith has also played for Saints, Salford and Wigan during a distinguished career.
