THE next staging of a hugely popular weight loss bootcamp is set to return next month.

Hosted by LiveWire, the 12-week Fit To Tackle programme will start on Monday, September 9 and entries are now being accepted.

And residents are being encouraged to sign up fast to avoid missing out on a scheme which is always oversubscribed.

Tom Kearney, LiveWire lifestyles advisor and Fit To Tackle coach, said: “The bootcamp is hard work, but genuinely life-changing for many people who take part and give it their all for the three months.

“We are expecting another high-volume amount of applicants as we do each time, so I would encourage people to get their application in sooner rather than later to be in with a chance of getting on this amazing and weight loss programme.”

The bootcamp sees participants complete in two high-impact sessions each week at The Halliwell Jones stadium, as well as giving them weekend access to LiveWire's leisure centres and neighbourhood hubs.

Those taking part are also offered nutrition advice and guidance from coaches and volunteer mentors.

The previous cohort lost an incredible 37.5 stone combined over the 12 weeks they took part, showing how effective the programme can be.

Places are strictly limited, so those interested are urged to apply as soon as possible as the course is always oversubscribed.

There is a £10 registration fee to join the programme which includes 24 instructor led sessions and an all-inclusive LiveWire weekend membership during the 12 weeks.
