Heavy traffic is building up on the M62
TWO lanes have been closed after a crash on the M62 eastbound this morning, Tuesday.
The collision involving a HGV and a Fiat 500 happened shortly before 10.30am between junction 10 for the Croft Interchange and junction 11 for Birchwood Way in the roadworks area.
Lanes two and three are closed and heavy traffic is reported to be moving slowly through lane one, which remains open.
Police patrols and Highways England officers are assessing the scene.
