A NEW women’s boutique clothing store has opened its doors in the Westbrook Centre.
Willows Womenswear and Home was founded by Debbie Makin, who opened her first store on Newton-le-Willows High Street two years ago.
Now, Westbrook-native Debbie has returned to her roots and hopes her second store can have the same level of success alongside its unparalleled customer service.
“I wanted to open the store in Westbrook because there are no shops locally offering a different range of clothing and brands compared to the usual town centre shops,” she said.
“Customer service is a big priority for me in my two stores as it is something which has clearly been lost in larger chains.
"I always said the area needed a boutique and I knew that if I didn't go for the unit when the opportunity came up, I would kick myself.
“Our concept has worked in Newton and I feel that this can be replicated here in Westbrook.”
Willows Womenswear stock a range of British and Scandinavian Brands and well as selling homeware, gifts and jewellery.

It is also hoping to further expand its interiors business by offering bespoke curtains and soft furnishings.
“We are all busy in our lives, so a good local shop that you can drive up to and pop in is very much welcomed,” Debbie added.
“It is our hope that the people of Westbrook and Warrington will enjoy our new store and the customer service they will experience.”
