WOULD you like to say a special thank you to someone who is always giving up their time to help others or do you know a top achiever who deserves recognition for their inspiring work?

The Warrington Guardian Inspiration Awards return for a seventh year this autumn to celebrate some of the town’s unsung heroes.

It will be a night of tears and cheers when we honour the great and the good of Warrington and salute those who make a difference to the town and the people around them each and every day.

Nominees will gather at the Village Hotel on Thursday, November 14 to enjoy a two-course meal and glittering ceremony.

And this year we are inviting nominations in two new categories – Good Neighbour and Outstanding Bravery.

Hayley Smith, Warrington Guardian editor, said: “Our Inspiration Awards remain one of the highlights of the calendar in Warrington and this year is no exception as we look to reward those who help others with their kindness and compassion.

“For the first time we are launching a Good Neighbour award to give credit to those who are always just a door knock away in times of need.

“And we are also on the lookout for someone who has gone beyond the call of duty to help others with our Outstanding Bravery award. Please help us reward those who truly deserve some recognition by giving up just a bit of your time to make a nomination.

“All entries are gratefully received and considered by our judging panel.”
