Dunk the firefighter
CHILDREN have the chance today to dunk a firefighter at Knutsford Fire Station’s Open Day (Saturday).
The event runs from 11am to 4pm, and includes fire service vehicles past and present, demonstrations, an activities room for children, ice cream, Tatton Perk coffee, face painting and a raffle.
The demonstrations are at midday by cadets, 1pm showing how crews deal with a crash and 2pm of an animal rescue, followed by a performance by the Rock Choir at 3pm.
