The incident happened at about 6pm
TWO men were arrested yesterday (Wednesday) following an incident in Wilmslow Road, Handforth.
A 31-year-old man from Handforth was arrested on suspicion of affray, and a 43-year-old man from Chester was arrested on suspicion of assault and affray.
The men were taken to hospital for treatment to injuries they suffered in the incident, which happened just after 6pm.
A third man, a 57-year-old from Handforth, suffered a minor injury. The air ambulance was called out, but was not required.
