ARE you over the age of 25 and maybe think that the body and health that you now have are beyond help?

It's not true, my friends!

Here are the facts.

Your entire body totally rebuilds itself in less than two years - and 89 per cent in less than 365 days.

Every cell in your body eventually dies and is replaced with a new one.

· Liver: This rebuild in six weeks.

· Bones: Your body rebuilds a new skeleton every three months.

· Brain: This regenerates itself in a year.

· DNA: This renews itself every two months.

· Stomach: The lining of this rebuilds itself in five days.

· Skin: This rebuilds in a year.

· Blood: This rebuilds itself in four months.

Okay as we age, sometimes the new version isn’t quite as good as the original version.

Take skin, for example.

We know that becomes wrinkly and less firm as we lose collagen in the ageing process.

But, every day is a new opportunity to rebuild your body.

And the sooner you start the sooner you will get results.

This phenomenon, combined with healthy eating to feed the system, and activity to strengthen it, will 100 per cent work for you.

I stake my reputation on it.

Miracle cure?

Put it like this.

If I gave you a face cream that absolutely guaranteed your skin would look and feel years younger in just two months, you would use it, right? Or, if I recommended a savings account that gave you 15 per cent interest on your balance, you would open one, yes?

Or if I could see into the future and tell you the winning Lottery numbers, you would buy a ticket, wouldn’t you?

So why, when I tell people how to make their body look and feel years younger and fitter, folk still keep ignoring me, sticking to their “diets”, replacing real food with “shakes”, and sitting in front of the TV instead of getting active?

Its hard, I hear you say.

No it isn’t. You just decide to make a change. Start small. Get help.

Losing weight with just diet is not only extremely unhealthy.

It's actually damaging.

Like I said in my last article, diets are dead.

Simply dieting and cutting calories will lead to physical, emotional and / or physiological damage.

Not only that, its boring.

Healthy weight loss involves eating better and moving more.

It may not even involve too much of that.

We know that the best way to improve your brain power, for example, is to combine activity with learning a new skill.

A group of people aged 60+ started attending a life drawing class. Getting themselves there and back, standing whilst drawing, becoming more dextrous with their fingers and brains, served to increase their brain power and their physical abilities massively.

Their backs grew stronger and their bodies fitter.

Improvements like these would help in the avoidance of so many life-threatening conditions, such as heart disease and diabetes.

What I’m saying is this.

You don’t have to go to the gym to get fitter and healthier.

You just need to get up and DO something!
