HOLMES Chapel MP Fiona Bruce has praised the variety of artistic talent on show at an annual exhibition.
Fiona attended the Goostrey and Holmes Chapel Art Club Exhibition at Goostrey Village Hall.
She said: “It is always a delight to see the wide variety of artistic skills displayed at this annual exhibition and to hear of how the club is thriving.
“It is also good to see how many works had been sold, although it’s clear that artists take part in membership of the art club as much for the friendship and engagement from fellow enthusiasts as anything.”
Club chairman Richard Stockwell said: “We are delighted at the number of people who have come to see the exhibits this year – there has been more than ever.”
