PRACTITIONERS and members of CISFA UK (Chronic Illness Support for ALL) came together for a Body and Mind Wellness Day at Stanneylands Hotel in Wilmslow.
Joanne Kelly, the founder of CISFA, organised this event, which included massage, reflexology, make-up and hair sessions, armchair yoga and relaxation.
People were also introduced to the potential benefits of the Alexander Technique and the Emotional Freedom Technique through demonstrations and taster sessions.
There was a buffet lunch in the dining room, and thanks were given for the gluten-free selection and afternoon tea cakes.
CISFA is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting adults and teens living with chronic illness.
