THE Steve Prescott Bridge will be lit up orange this evening to commemorate the second anniversary of the Manchester attack.

It is one of many landmarks across the Liverpool City Region that will turn the colour this evening.

Orage was the favourite colour of Merseyside’s Megan Hurley who, along with 21 others, died as a result of the horrific terror attack at Manchester Arena in 2017.

The Manchester Arena bombing was a suicide bombing attack at the MEN arena on May 22 2017 after the concert of US singer Ariana Grande.

The homemade bomb claimed the lives of 22 people, the youngest being eight years old.
