TWO new recruits have joined the crew at Knutsford Fire Station after completing their firefighter training.

Harry Garewal and Ed Snook have undergone a vigorous training course over several months to become on-call firefighters.

Their hard work culminated in a passing-out parade at The Park Royal hotel in Warrington.

Having completed their training Harry and Ed have started their new roles as on-call firefighters serving the residents of Knutsford.

Harry has lived in Knutsford for most of his life. He works full-time as a full-time store assistant, and in his spare time enjoys playing football, walking his dog and going to the gym.
