A competition has been launched to find the front cover for a special limited edition book.

Never before seen photos of Malmesbury are to be revealed in a book later this year.

The group behind the idea are asking members of the community to help design the front and back covers of the Malmesbury Now and Then book, due for released for Christmas.

Residents of all ages are being asked to submit colour drawings, paintings and photos in portrait layout and send them by email to malmesburynowandthen@gmail.com.

You can also hand them in an A4 envelope into the museum at the Town Hall.

The images can be from now or something from the past.

The deadline for entries is Tuesday, April 30.

Winners of the competition will be acknowledged in the book.
