WILL you support The Animal Sanctuary at Wilmslow during Will Week 2019?

During the week of April 1 to 5 Wilmslow law firm Jackson Barrett and Gass Solicitors will again be offering its standard wills and advice service in return for a donation to the sanctuary.

Every donation helps to continue providing care to the hundreds of animals which come through their doors each year.

Will Week gives an opportunity to get your affairs in order, gain peace of mind and ensure your wishes will be carried out while supporting the charity.

Jackson Barrett & Gass suggests a donation equal to its normal charges for making a will, but smaller donations are accepted.

During the last Will week £1,055 was raised. New developments such as the ‘rabbit ranch’ is a result of this funding.

The Animal Sanctuary, Wilmslow, is run by the Humane Education Society, a charitable organisation working for a more compassionate society through education and practical work with children and animals.

The Sanctuary requires constant work to comply with increasing animal welfare and visitor safety standards.

Celia Reed, trustee of the Animal Sanctuary, said: “Jackson, Barrett and Gass are wonderful supporters of the Sanctuary.

“This is the fourth year running they have come forward to help run our Will Week, and they have been proactive ongoing fundraisers, even finding a new home for one of our cats with an employee.

“Their expertise has allowed people to make wills and organise their affairs, whilst raising funds for a much-loved local charity situated in the heart of Wilmslow.

“We are so grateful to all the staff at Jackson Barrett and Gass for all their kindness.”

Jackson Barrett & Gass marketing director Rick Barrow said: “When the Animal Sanctuary originally asked if we would like to get involved and support this initiative we thought it was a great idea.

“We raise the awareness of the importance of having a will whilst raising money for a local and worthy cause.”
