GIN lovers will be able to sample more than 120 varieties of the popular spirit at a festival coming to Knutsford in May.

The festival is being organised by The Gin Society, and is being held at The Courthouse on Saturday, May 25, from 12.30pm to 5pm and 6pm to 10.30pm.

Tickets include one free G&T, plus your own Copa glass to keep as a souvenir, a booklet of tasting notes, free distillers’ samples and masterclasses.

There will be three exclusive gin bars hosting the best of world, British and fruit gins, plus a cocktail bar with expert mixologists and non-gin-based drinks, including a selection of rums, Prosecco and beers.

Throughout each of the four-hour sessions there will be live entertainment, and street food and snacks will be available to purchase.

A Gin Society spokesman said: “The festival will be an ‘unforgettable gin experience’ for Bank Holiday weekend.”

The festival operates a voucher system – with vouchers available in multiples of £5 from the voucher station.

All gins are £5, including mixer and garnish, and cocktails are £10.

Tickets are on sale at £12.50 at theginsociety-knutsford2019.eventbrite.co.uk
