SANDIWAY Library will be closed for six weeks from Monday, March 11 and there will be alternative arrangements in place.
There will be a temporary library service available in the Meeting Room at Cuddington and Sandiway Village Hall on Norley Road from 2.30pm to 7pm every Tuesday during the closure.
In addition, the mobile library will stop at Cuddington and Sandiway Village Hall between 2pm and 4pm on Friday, March 15 and Friday, April 5.
Residents will also be able to use neighbouring libraries at Northwich, Barnton and Weaverham.
Councillor Louise Gittins, the council’s cabinet member for health and wellbeing, said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers while this building work takes place.
“During the temporary library closure loans have been extended and won’t be due back. We’ve made temporary arrangements at nearby locations and our usual 24/7 on-line services will also be available.”
Opening hours of all libraries are available online and items can be renewed online or by phone 24 hours a day by visiting the website or by calling 0300 123 7739.
