PASSENGERS may experience delays on some Wirral line services due to a track fault.
Merseyrail revealed that services on the West Kirby and New Brighton lines will run a half hour service due to 'ongoing track issues' in the Birkenhead Park area.
Rail services will depart from West Kirby at 21 and 51 minutes past the hour and from New Brighton at 8 and 38 minutes past the hour until further notice.
Trains will depart from Liverpool Central towards West Kirby at 25 and 55 minutes past the hour while from Liverpool Central to New Brighton services will depart from 5 and 35 minutes past the hour.
Due to the ongoing track issues in the Birkenhead Park area, services on the West Kirby & New Brighton lines continue to run to a half hour service.
