STAFF from the Roebuck and Bulls Head pubs in Mobberley directed diverted traffic until contractors removed a fallen tree on Sunday.
Town Lane was closed between its junctions with Mill Lane after a tree came down at about midday.
Traffic was diverted along Mill Lane, where the Roebuck and Bulls Head are located, until Town Lane was reopened at about 4pm after contractors removed the tree.
