PLOUGH and Flail manager Caroline Terrington is seeking singers and bands for a summer celebration at the Mobberley pub.

MOBB FEST returns at the end of May following the success of last year’s debut event, which raised almost £3,000 for the Alzheimer’s Society.

“We are looking for singers and bands, and any kind of entertainment for the event, which takes place on Saturday, May 25, from 3pm,” said Caroline.

“We would love to raise more than last year, and tickets will be on sale soon through Eventbrite.”

Caroline is also seeking stalls and garden games for MOBB FEST 2019, and anyone who would be interested in taking part can ring the pub on call 01565 873537 for more details.

Alzheimer’s disease is the most common cause of dementia. More than 520,000 people in the UK have dementia caused by Alzheimer’s disease, and this figure is set to rise.
