KNUTSFORD Police are inviting the public to a Rural Watch meeting at Mere Parish Club next week.
“Rural Watch has been running in the Knutsford area for a number of years,” PCSO Emma Darroch said.
“During this time, with the support of the community, we have achieved significant success in detecting and preventing crime affecting the rural community.
“Rural Watch is simply a forum to share concerns, ideas and problems with your local policing team.
“We cannot effectively police the area without your support, so we would like to hear from you if you live or work in rural Cheshire or use rural Cheshire for recreational activities.
“Rural Watch is back for 2019, starting with a meeting at Mere Parish Club at 7pm on Monday, January 14. Everyone is welcome to attend.”
