Santa arrived at Penge High Street in style last weekend on his reindeer and sleigh.
His hard-working elves were also on hand as children were handed early Christmas presents for the annual Pengemas festival.
Local musicians provided live music and a variety of market stalls sold treats and Christmas gifts.
Glenn Lawrence, who started Pengemas in 2016, said: "We have a wonderfully supportive community and I can’t thank everyone enough.
"The event gets better each year and having the BID fully behind us means we can continue to bring Pengemas to our high street for many years to come."
As well as musicians, kids from the Pop School and Stage Academy and Harlequins Theatre School also danced at the event on Saturday (December 8).
Mark Painter, chairman of Penge SE20 BID, added: "Pengemas has always been great fun, but it hit another level this year and just like Penge, it is on the up."
