HOLIDAY specialist staff are celebrating major award success for their company.
Travelbag won Best Large Holiday Company to Australasia and Best Large Holiday Company to Southeast Asia at the 2018 British Travel Awards.
It also took home the silver prize for Best Holiday Company to Southern Asia and bronze prize for Best Large Holiday Company to USA, Middle East and Indian Ocean.
The company has a store in Princess Street, Knutsford, which is managed by Ruth Downes.
Ruth said: “For almost 20 years the team at Travelbag Knutsford have been creating tailor-made holidays to destinations across the globe.
“With the awards given to those who have been recognised for their service by their customers, the achievement is a true testimony to the hard work and dedication of the Travelbag team.”
The store is hosting an event on Saturday between 11am and 4.45pm, giving customers the opportunity to win return flights to Dubai with Emirates and other prizes. The draw will take place in the store at 5pm.
The awards were announced at a ceremony at Battersea Evolution in London, which was attended by nearly one thousand travel industry delegates.
