MARKETING consultancy owner Rachel Bishop has won major business on the other side of the globe.

Rachel, 41, owns Rachel Bishop Consulting, which is to deliver a digital marketing strategy for Auckland-based construction company Reveal BC.

Rachel was previously the global marketing manager for Bentley Motors, and in 2017 decided to leave her job and set up her own marketing consultancy in pursuit of a work-life balance that was flexible around her young family.

She said: “I am absolutely thrilled to have won the Reveal BC business. It’s not easy to foster a close relationship with a company which is 11,000 miles away, but thanks to modern technology and a determination to succeed we have done it.

“It’s a very exciting time for my business; I hope to build on this success to develop it even further next year.

Dave Firth, director of Reveal BC, said: “Rachel Bishop Consulting was recommended to us by my daughter, author Miriam Firth, who lives in the UK, and is also a client of theirs.”

There has been another new business win for the consultancy, this time a little closer to home.

National road transport company Jack Richards & Son Limited has appointed Rachel Bishop Consulting to deliver its branding and digital marketing strategy, including a recruitment campaign for drivers.
