WITNESSES are being sought to a collision on Saturday in which a 25-year-old man died.
Officers from Cheshire Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a fatal collision at Twemlow Green.
The collision involved a silver Honda Jazz and a pedestrian, and happened just after 5.40pm on the A535 Chelford Road, on the section between the Yellow Broom restaurant and Terra Nova School.
The pedestrian, a man from Essex, suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
His next of kin has been informed and are being supported by specialist officers. The driver of the car was uninjured.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said: “Inquiries in relation to the incident are ongoing, and officers are keen to hear from anyone who believes they may have witnessed the collision or has any information which may help the investigation.”
