ACTOR Michael Parr has joined the thousands of people across the country to support men's health awareness by growing a moustache for Movember.
Movember is a charity fundraising event that runs throughout November aimed at tackling and raising awareness of the biggest health issues faced by men such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.
The 31-year-old, who grew up on Hard Lane and has recently left ITV soap Emmerdale after five years, has been posting funny videos and pictures of himself on Instagram with the 'tash - commenting that those around him have compared him to Queen frontman Freddie Mercury, Jim Carry in Me, Myself and Irene and officer Doofy from Scary Movie.
