A WIDNES care assistant has been nominated in the Great British Care Awards.
Angie Taker, a care assistant at Widnes Hall has reached the finals on Saturday for her commitment to delivering activities and enhancing the lives of the residents in the care home.
A spokesperson at Widnes Hall said: "Everyone at Widnes Hall wishes Angie good luck and thanks her for her continued hard work.
"Good luck Angie the whole of Widnes Hall is behind you."
