TWO new screens have opened at the Curzon cinema in Knutsford.
Curzon chiefs are transforming the Toft Road cinema from one screen to three and revamping and extending the café bar.
The work is costing £1 million, and will include new luxury seating throughout, as well as improved sound at the current screen.
The scheme will see the number of seats at the cinema increase from 170 to 312, and the first phase, the creation of two new screens, has been completed.
The new screens seat 111 and 60 people, and have been named Cranford and Marcliff.
The new screens have been created at the back of the building, and the improvements will offer added comfort with the introduction of Skeie Solist Norwegian seating.
