At around 8.20am on Thursday 20 September a blue BMW 3 Series pulled up at the junction of Spath Lane and Wilmslow Road.

The passenger got out of the vehicle and ran up to a 28-year-old man as he was getting into a car.

He demanded the victim’s watch and threatened and assaulted him before returning to the BMW empty handed.

The BMW then drove off along Spath Lane and then Wilmslow Road towards Heald Green.

The victim was left with minor injuries.

The man who assaulted him was wearing a face covering and is described as around 6’ tall and approximately 14 stone. He was wearing a blue hoody and black tracksuit bottoms.
