TESCO Handforth Dean Extra is helping our heroes this weekend by raising money for charity.

The store is supporting Help for Heroes over three days, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, by having a selection of Army vehicles on display as well as a Help for Heroes merchandise shop.

There are a number of other events planned over the weekend, including a tombola and an hour of music on Sunday performed by the Alderley Edge Scout Band.

There will also be a limited number of limited edition anniversary fly-over prints taken by local photographer Katy Tuck.

The prints will be available only while stocks last. There will also be colouring for children and regular H4H pin badges and wristbands on sale.

“Over the past two years we have raised a huge amount for this charity here at Handforth Dean Extra, and we would love to make as much this year if not more,” said Kaz Slater, the store’s Community Champion.

“Handforth Dean Extra is proud to support Help For Heroes.”
