THE Weaverham and Acton Bridge annual show is returning for its 25th year in August.
Anticipation is high for this year’s event after the show last year received a record number of entries.
Everyone who lives in the Weaverham and Acton Bridge area is encouraged to support the show with lots of entries.
Any child who attends a school or playgroup in either village is also able to enter.
There are a variety of sections which can be entered, and schedules including entry forms and the children’s templates are available from local shops, the community centre and Weaverham library.
The event this year takes place on August, 11 and entries are to be brought to the Community Centre from 1pm to 8pm on Friday, August 10.
On the day of the show, entries are to be staged from 8am to 10am and judging will start promptly at 11am.
The show will open to the public from 2.00pm with trophies being awarded at 4.00pm.
