THE Belle Epoque in Knutsford has been awarded Four Silver Stars from the AA for the third year running.

The Four Silver Stars Award was first introduced in 2015, aiming to celebrate venues offering an exemplary standard of hospitality and cleanliness.

Basing its decision on an anonymous visit by an AA inspector, the organisation issues a silver award when a hotel or ‘restaurant with rooms’ provides an outstanding service to patrons.

The assessment takes into account overall quality; six critical areas of quality including cleanliness, hospitality, service, bedrooms, bathrooms and food; and the provision of services and facilities.

“We are delighted to have once again been awarded Four Silver Stars from the AA,” said Belle Epoque director Matthew Mooney.

“In the awarding of the AA Four Silver Stars AA Rosettes, you know your team, venue, and decades of hard work, have been judged by the most stringent of industry standards, and the hard work put in by the whole team has been recognised and celebrated.”
