MEMBERS and volunteers at Canute Lunch Club lunched together to honour the Royal couple in advance of their wedding.
A real party spirit was in the air, and members enjoyed a salad lunch, followed by a fruit salad.
A wedding cake baked by volunteer Janet Pickup, was cut by the oldest member, Helen Townsend, who is to celebrate her 102nd birthday in June.
Everyone then raised their glasses to toast Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Canute Lunch Club has a long history in Knutsford, having been founded 40 years ago.
It meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Toft Cricket Club, for meals and socialising.
