POLICE destroyed ‘an illegal substance’ after being alerted to a group of youths on the precinct in Holmes Chapel.
PCSO Liz Chesters said: “The precinct is an area we see gain a lot of attention from the younger generation as this is a sort of meeting point.
“On attendance we were aware that an individual was suspected to be in possession of an illegal substance, and therefore two males and a vehicle were searched in which we have destroyed the illegal substance and dealt with one of the males in attendance. We have then moved on the large group of youths in the area.”
PCSO Chesters is part of the Crewe Local Policing Unit.
