WILMSLOW High School is urging parents to get involved in the school’s extra-curricular activities as it plans to launch its new ‘Parent Partners Programme’ next term.

The school is looking for volunteers to help meet the students’ needs in the future. Areas in which parents can help are, for example, fundraising, mentoring, sports team support and performing arts, to name a few.

A spokesperson for the school said: “Wilmslow High School has always been immensely grateful for the generosity and enthusiasm of the parents of our students. Giving time and effort, you play an integral role in maintaining a vibrant educational environment where our students thrive and achieve their ambitions.

“But more volunteers are always highly welcome.”

If you have the skills, time and energy to help with any of these areas, or any other areas, and would like to get involved, email Kath Stephens on kstephens@wilmslowhigh.com detailing your area of interest.
