FIREFIGHTERS had to help in removing a vehicle after it crashed into a house in Chelford.

Crews from Macclesfield were sent to the scene in Wheat Moss at 4.28pm yesterday, Saturday.

A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Fire crews were called to Chelford following reports of a vehicle having collided with the front of a house on Wheat Moss.

“Firefighters made thorough checks of the building to ensure it was safe and assisted in the removal of the vehicle. There were no injuries and crews were on scene for just under one hour.”
