FIVE fire engines were scrambled to deal with a fire in Lower Withington overnight.
Crews from Holmes Chapel, Macclesfield, Birchwood and two from Congleton were called to an outbuilding in Salters Lane at 3.27am today, Tuesday.
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "Five fire engines were in attendance with firefighters using two hose reel jets and three main jets to extinguish a large fire.
"Crews then used a thermal imaging camera to check the building."
