A KNUTSFORD resident has captured the Moor on film using a drone as it gleams in autumnal glory.
John Macdonald Smith posted the video on to Youtube and kindly allowed the Guardian to share it with our readers.
The footage begins with a pan around the Moor pool before the camera heads north towards Tatton Mere.
As the video continues the camera turns around allowing viewers to see Knutsford in all its glory as the sun shines on the town.
John said: "I used a Parrot Bebop drone, which is cheap and user friendly. This was shot using their flight plan app.
"You plan a route and it uses GPS. It was one of my first efforts.
"I had planned to repeat the same flight through the seasons.
"I don't think there is much chance of a good winter shoot now but I'll try and repeat for spring and summer and splice it together."
