WILMSLOW mum Lisa Johnson and owner of organic beauty brand 'LJ’s Natural Solutions' has won bronze for her best-selling organic face serum, 'OMG' in the fourth annual FreeFrom Skincare Awards.
The awards were founded to encourage and reward manufacturers of skincare products that are ‘free from’ many of the allergens, chemicals, additives and fragrances associated with skin sensitivities, allergies, and ethical, environmental and health concerns.
“I’m absolutely over the moon to be recognised in these very prestigious awards, especially as I was up against some really big natural skincare companies such as Neal’s Yard and Dr Organic, and I’m just a small artisan company making products at home,” said Lisa.
“My award-winning OMG Serum was created in Wilmslow and I hand-make small batches of it each week in my kitchen in Wilmslow.”

The awards were presented at The Love Natural, Love Organic Show at Olympia on Friday, July 3, by ‘Imperfectly Natural’ beauty and holistic health guru, Janey Lee Grace.
The announcements followed a long judging process which included a rigorous month-long assessment by testers recruited by the Awards’ associates, the Ultimate Natural Beauty Bible, and concluded with several days of expert judging sessions.
