HOLMES Chapel’s Harry Styles and his One Direction pals have helped to make the dreams of a poorly girl come true.

The 19-year-old singer entertained eight-year-old Emilie Dean-Dennis from Northwich at the band’s London show in April after band mate Niall Horan gifted the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to the Make a Wish Foundation.

Harry, Niall and fellow 1D members Zayn, Louis and Liam spent four hours with the Lower Peover School pupil and her family ahead of their O2 Arena gig on April 1.

Emilie, who was diagnosed with a brain tumour last October, was able to meet her favourite band a second time on April 19 after the band offered her family backstage passes for their Manchester show too.

“It was such a fantastic experience – Emilie really enjoyed it,” said dad Phil, 37.

“Niall even gave her his plectrum, which is something she can keep forever.”

Mum Victoria, 36, said: “Emilie will be having chemotherapy until February but she’s back at school now most days.

“It’s going to be a long year but we are all in high spirits. She’s such a brave girl – she’s always smiling.

“When somebody does something like this for you it makes the bad times good.”
