THE story of one of rock and roll’s biggest resurrections, which Warrington played a key part in, will be cinemas on June 5.
This is the first trailer to Made of Stone, the film chronicling the rise, fall and comeback of The Stone Roses by This Is England director Shane Meadows.
The legendary Manchester band played their first reunion gig after 16 years at Parr Hall on May 23 last year.
And much of Meadows’ footage was shot on that historic night when more than 1,000 fans from around the country descended on Warrington.
