YOU’VE been working nine to five but now it’s time to dig out your cowboy hat and dust off your boots for a tribute to the ‘queen of country’.
Backed by seasoned live band, The Moonshine Runners, Kay Molyneaux will step into the shoes of iconic singer Dolly Parton at the Parr Hall on Tuesday.
Kay said: “The show will take you on a foot stomping, thigh slapping journey through five decades of musical genius.
“Each song tells a story. With songs from Dolly’s ‘dirt poor’ years including Dumb Blonde, Applejack, Coat of many Colours and Jolene to her more glitz and glam years including Here You Come again, Islands in the stream, Blue smoke and 9-5.”
Dolly and The Moonshine Runners are at Parr Hall on Tuesday.
