NOTICE OF MAKING CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (FIRTH FIELDS, DAVENHAM) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2018

Notice is hereby given that, on the 20th September 2018 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on 21st September 2018.

The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit waiting at all times on the lengths of road specified in the schedule.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, in relation to the Order you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE (Prohibition of Waiting)

Firth Fields, Davenham (East Side) - From a point 99m south east of its junction with Hartford Road for a distance 22m in a south easterly direction and then 13m in a south westerly direction.

Firth Fields, Davenham (West Side) - From a point 100m south east of its junction with Hartford Road for a distance of 13m in a south easterly direction and then 9m in a south westerly direction.
